Why cats drink more from a fountain

Still water goes stale fast. Moving, filtered water stays fresh and tempting, which helps keep your cat hydrated.

Always moving

A gentle stream keeps water oxygenated and tempting, even for cats that ignore their bowl.

Filtered on every pass

A multi-layer filter catches hair and crumbs before they reach your cat.

Barely a hum

The low-noise pump runs day and night without disturbing anyone.

Simple to clean

Smooth parts with no hidden corners. Rinse, wipe and reassemble.

Made for the way cats drink

In the wild, cats learned that still water can be risky and running water is safe. A fountain brings that instinct indoors, so drinking becomes something they seek out instead of skip.

Questions

How often should I change the filter?

Every 2 to 4 weeks for one cat. Change it sooner if you have several pets or notice the flow slowing down.

Is it loud?

No. The pump makes a soft hum you'll only hear up close. If it gets louder, the water is usually low, so top it up.

How do I clean it?

Unplug it, take the parts apart and wash them with warm soapy water once a week. Rinse well before refilling.

What if my cat won't use it?

Place it away from the food bowl and litter box and give your cat a few days. If it's still a no, send it back within 30 days.
